Sadly, I'm working for "The Man" all weekend again. (and that's no lie...) On my first visit to Koffiehuis, prior to it being officially opened. I was treated to one of the best cappuccinos I have had the pleasure of drinking, crafted by the owner himself. I don't know if he works weekends...
