I have to swap over to winter tyres on the various vehicles. Smart cars NEED winter tyres. I may be able to pop by though. Chinotto still sings its siren call.

Blue Scoot is in Montana

Well I haven't received a bill of sale, nor notice of shipment, but the scoot has arrived in Montana anyway. Thankfully the motorcycle shop is very understanding. I hope the PO gets on the ball!!!!

3.5 mm allen key

Hi Liam, The 3.5 mm allen key is not readily available except apparently in Italy -- also used on some Campy components. There are a few places on the net where you can order one: http://www.google.com/search?client=safari&rls=en&q=3.5+mm+allen+key&ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-8 But you might as ...

Any tips or numbers you can give me would be great. I have found a border crossing south of Lethbridge which is open 24 hrs a day. It is directly north of Conrad, Montana which is where the scoot will end up

Working on it. Also there is no title which adds another wrinkle but a certified bill of sale is supposed to be OK.

Company is always good. Thanks.

Not too sure how it is all going to work. I have to present documentation to the US border crossing 72 hours before I bring the bike back. Could be two trips.

I am shipping it to dealership in a small town in Montana. So there will be a road trip in roughly three to six ...

OK, I am talking to the chap in Ohio with the blue Primavera. Shipping is a problem as Forward Air will not ship motorcycles from the US into Canada due to unspecified problems with customs. Any suggestions?

Thanks again

Wow!

You guysngals are fast! I was hoping for something a little closer to home. And definately NOT an SS as this is for a friend who likes to potter about.

The Ohio one is perfect except for the distance. I suppose I could get the seller to pull the engine and ship the whole lot as parts...
