July 24th Meet & Ride

Post by Paul S »

My Yahoo Weather app says +26C this Sunday. I am sure it is 100% correct too this time.

Sunday July 24th!

We will meet at 10:00AM for the early risers at the Italian Centre downtown (10878 - 95 St) with a ride to follow.

Late risers meet at 12:00 noon at Iconoclast Koffiehaus
(11807 - 105 Ave) with a ride to follow.

Come to one or to both!

The 10:30 am ride looked so stylish on their scooters. I drove behind you for a bit on my way to dim sum. Nothing like 2 stroke smoke to make you envious that you're not out riding.

It was a great day for a ride. We met up at the Italian Centre and then rode to Igor and Gill's to check the valve clearances on Igor's Kawasaki. Then back to my place where John and Angelo helped me fit the headliner to the Europa (THANKS!)

Sorry we missed it - I was incapacitated on the sofa. By the time we realized, it was 12:30. :(

Note to self: remember to ask the ice cream guy to scoop from a new tub

I was a bit late too Monica, maybe 12:30 you could have made it.
Ohh, bad ice cream, maybe not then. Get well!

Nice to meet you Wanda. Come out again for sure.

The rest of the late to wake crowd ended up and Grahams where we took a stab at Race bike. Getting closer. Sticker bike got a little bit of love too. Most of us ended up at Duggans for dinner. I forgot how much i like that place.

A good day, afternoon, evening for sure.
