Thanks for having me along this afternoon fellas. It was only the second time riding the Vespa and only my third time riding anything this year.

This is the best move I’ve ever made. I loved riding but had reminders of fitness, age and lack of recent experience. I had wicked hand cramps on my throttle side but they went away. I have awkward stops with foot down. Same with departing and putting foot back on floorboard. Still, I made it and took the longest possible route home. In fact I saw three of you in my journey, including one parked on 118 ave.

I’m so pleased and still smiling. I suggest rides in the spring ending at food trucks. Just a random idea.
