A New Vespa in Calgary!

Post by Mod »

Greetings from Calgary guys!

At long last I have my Vespa! She is a 1972 Sprint who hails from Germany originally - I bought it from a guy in Brighton Ontario (Brighton was a good omen for a Mod like me *grin*). She has 3100 original Kilometres and runs great! I am the 3rd owner of this beauty with all the documentation including the owners manual and warranty card - all in German!

She has some cheap mirrors on that I needed for the OPI but will be modded out soon with new ones!

Thanks to Daaren here in Calgary for all his help and thanks to Angelo and Jeff for their encouragement and guidance!

Here are some pics from our ride yesterday - looking forward to bringing her up to Edmonton next year - this time for the whole weekend!

Cheers!

Sean

Congrats Sean! She looks so pretty. Can't wait to see the "Mod"ifications  done to her.

Can't wait to see it when it's so-mod-it-hurts. Congrats, that's awesome news.

Cheers!

Hey Modster! She is beautiful.......very very very cool. Please don't put any holes in that Virgin body......there are many Modifications that can be made with out piercing her.....

I'm really happy for you Sean, she couldn't find a better home than with you!

I'll lend you my Italian Mod ring T-shirt anytime!
Cheers
