You better go back to the wreckers and look for a Donor 250 engine....

....I went around the block a few times today (when no cops were looking) and the whole 190 package seems to be working really well!

I am going to get the crank replaced in the dead one and turn the bike into a parallel twin. Change the belt to a chain drive with a std transmission and do smoke shows at Harley Bike nights.

There actually was a shop doing a twin conversion. Scooter had an article on it. Glad yours is alive again!
