I finished, and all my chrome is on... I'll probably be asking opinions though, as it's not on as the instructions say, but I think it should still work. fingers crossed. Anyways, feels marvvy to have it finished. ^_^
Thanks again to Mario, Kevin and Bruce, you guys rock the proverbial casbah.

I can't wait to see it. Do you have any pics you can post?

On another note, I had a nightmare this morning that all the chrome had caused my cowls to crack apart, it was quite traumatic. My mum told me I'm not allowed to do anything else to my scooter if it's going to cause me to lose sleep
Hope this works for everyone...if not, it's in my facebook album.

Facebook picktures won't work because we need to have accounts with them as well in order to see the pictures.
You can use the CrudeCityScooterClub Gallery to host pictures for all the internet to see.

Looks fine to me, kiddo; good job! Do you mean by "cracking apart" that the chrome install forced the joints of the cowl sections to separate?

No no, it was just a dream, literally. I dreamt that the entire plastic parts of the cowls had actually cracked apart and fallen off. It was heart stopping.
Yeah...I'm lame.
