Need help diagnosing why my Scooter Can't start!?!!

Got a problem with my Genuine Buddy/PGO Metro 125 scoot.. Any ideas? it won't seem to spark. I just installed a new ignition switch. A shop tried swapping out the CDI, the Ignition Coil, and the Stater, still nothing. It's been sitting in the garage since Nov, and when I had put in a new spark plug. Right now it turns over but won't run. What gives?

Was it running before you put in the new spark plug?

Do you have a service manual?

The new ignition was incompatible.. so the solution was to disassemble it and put half of the new one with half of the old one..
