American Graffti- Vespa

Post by Angelo »

So It's been years since I have seen the movie. I had competely forgotten about the opening scene with the vespa. Pretty funny! Why use the center stand? just leaning it!

Trivia from the film. The actor did not know how to drive the bike and the scene where he lost control and moderately crashed the bike was not part of the take. It looked honest and Lucas kept it in.

I think it's a scene that we can all relate to on some level.

On a personal note, this movie is in my top ten of all time. I have watched it dozens of times while the fam has been subjected to it enough that it is now in their pop culture reference set.
