Dang, dang, dang, dang!

I can't go on Sunday. My son's soccer team's first practice is scheduled for this Sunday at 1:30. They told us today.

Dang, dang, dang, dang!

Have fun.

There is supposed to be a bit of weather Sunday, but, as long as it isn't fire and brimstone, I 'll be there.

8 ft centers is very tight. I don't think you could get the average motorcycle through an 8 ft center slalom course if it was still crated and on a pallet lift. Start at twenty foot centers and, as you feel comfortable, more them closer and closer together.

I am smoking busy right now so I will not toss my hat into the ring. However, I will pass on one word of advice. Work first, beer later. Trust me. Startling things come to pass when you do it the other way round.

Hi John, Welcome to the list. I think our next meeting is May 6. I am sure there will be a ride on the 29 what with the warming weather and everyone being anxious to hit the road. Your friend's attendance will provide the impetus for me to finally glass pack that way too loud muffler on my scoot! Be...

My record is three months for a parcel from England shipped by air. I think they must have taken a wrong turn in Albuquerque. It came eventually though.

Having a damn fine time with a kit!

Installed the M1 kit earlier this year but have been too busy to ride until now. Had to install a smaller idle jet but, other than that, it runs very sweet now. If you remember, I seized my last kit with a little too enthusiastic reving early in its brief life. This time I have a way too large main ...

Hi Dennis, It would be a tough repair as it is more to the mid point of the length of the stud hole. Which also means it is somewhat buried in the transfer too. So while you can see it, it would be very hard to get at to weld. So, in my not too expert opinion, no, I don't think it could be easily we...

First of all I would like to ask for a minute of silence for the dearly departed: namely one Polini cylinder. We buttoned it all back together and it didn't start first kick. In fact it took about 8 or ten kicks. Right then, I knew SOMETHING WAS WRONG. Sure enough after about two minutes running it ...

If I wasn't any good at this, I would have starved to death years ago. After thirty years of pulling wrenches I had better be good at it.

Bruce,

Don't ask me to install any furnaces!

Bruce,

I think we should double check how the cylinder fits to cases. Slide the cylinder on once more with NO gasket and maker sure it is sitting flat.

Hi Bruce,

I checked with SWMBO and Monday night after 7 is OK. I will bring the bits and bobs and see you then.

For those of you following this thread, the air leak was at the base of the cylinder.
