Mini- Workshop Saturday

Post by jbcollier »

I have assembled Rebecca's engine and would be delighted to have some assistance with installing it and changing the gear and clutch cables. I'll be working at my house (8620 Saskatchewan Drive, google map it as it is tricky to find the first time). I'll be starting a noon-ish as there is the annual CL AGM and bender the night before.

Sorted out a few of it's issues while sick at home. The big problem was a too short choke cable which prevented the choke from fully closing. Idles just fine now.

Rebecca is picking it up this weekend and is delighted to be buying a club membership!

PS: I am tied up with soccer and the vintage motorcycle people this weekend.

Yeah, I can hear Dire Straits: "Memberships for (virtually) nothing and the scoots are free...". Am off for meetings tomorrow in Toronto and then on to Montreal to see son Ben. Back in a week. Did I mention it will be 20 degrees in Montreal one of the days?
