Hello!

I've been riding a scooter (2012 Yamaha BWs/Zuma 50) for two summers now and I've been looking around for other scooter riders. I've seen a few on the roads of Edmonton, but never had a chance to meet any. I see that this is a chapter of the Vespa Club. Is this a strict rule, or is there room for me?
