Sunday April 12 Club Workshop BUT...

Post by jbcollier »

... I need help! My back is still out and I cannot lift anything of substance and I have to sit down often.

Club workshop this Sunday at my house (8620 Sask Dr, google map it if you haven't been here before). Primary goal will be Shannon's smallframe engine. I'll need help lifting it on to the table. If enough people come, some could fit new cables to Shannon's scoot while I finish off the engine. If we're lucky, we could fit the engine as well! (Not me though!).

When do we start?

That depends on how many hands are coming out. If it's just Shannon and me then we won't need to start early because we won't be able to fit the engine anyways. Lots of help? We'll start at 9 AM.

So sign up below if you can come and help me!

I'm in! Thanks for all the help everyone on this build so far. It really has been a learning experience.

Oh, I'll also bring the donuts, muffins and coffee for everyone on Sunday morning.

I should be there, hopefully with GF in tow, maybe even on the back! Only thing that would stop that is kid emergency. See you then.

Let me know what you need me to bring John. So far I have all the engine and bits and bobs loaded, but can load the scoot and cables too if they are needed.

Thanks again everyone for all the help. I can wait until it is all done I and can take Tiki out for a ride.

I'm working Saturday, don't know yet about Sunday.
If I have it off, I'll be there to help.

Bring everything Shannon. You're welcome to leave it all here if we don't finish on the day. Who knows, with a little luck...

Monica and I are in Calgary. We aren't sure if we are coming back tonight or tomorrow yet. If we are back though we will help out.

Will do. What time do you want to start tomorrow?
