So, did you guys sneak in a ride? Just returned from camping. It was great; cold, sometimes wet, sometimes sunny, sometimes windy. You need all that for the whole experience.

Hoping to return soon one of these weekends! Moved out to sherwood park and now need to figure out the best route in for my speed challenged vespa lol. Hoping to ride with yall soon as i get the courage!

If you’re riding in from Sherwood Park, you can take Baseline road which doesn’t exceed 70 km. If your Vespa is feeling especially peppy you could also try Whitemud which I believe starts as township rd 522 on the south side of Sherwood Park. That road doesn’t exceed eighty.

I ride in from just south of Sherwood Park and have used both of those routes, depending on where the meet up is.

I have shepherded Vespa LX50s on the highway. On the uphills, the 50s were doing 24 kph on a highway marked for 100kph. We kept to the side. No problems. Would I want to do it again? Not really.
