Who's all coming out this Sunday? Any sort of plan for a ride maybe?

I went for a 3 hour tour last week all by myself. Saw some pretty big houses and ticked off a few of the rich folk with a buzzy 2 stroke.

Gunna try. This morning I took off on the Duck and a clutch cable broke due to a known undersized cable end. Tried to bump start by running and then dropping into gear only to have the chain adjusters bend and the chain fall off.

All fixed up now, and I won't be riding the Duck, but I am definitely at the low end of the luck tide.

Long story to say, "I'll be there if I make it!"

Lucks back on the way up, I think.

Back from today's meeting I decided to dice on Groat Rd. with a rice rocket piloted by a young kid. Things were going nicely as I was gradually overtaking him. I am a little cautious with the scoot as the front isn't exactly planted. Anyhow, I pull a tad ahead when he loses the back end and, not knowing what the hell he is doing, just about takes me out.

You think I would be old enough to know better!

Sigh.

Lucks up though, as I can still type.

John,
That's scary S__t.

I'm not sure what the Kid will remember first, the fact that you shellacked his butt, or that he almost kissed his butt (and yours)
good bye.....

One thing I know for sure is that he will never tell that story to his buddies at Timmy's.

keep the shiney side up

Ciao
A
