You have to love it.

As I was attempting to replace the cables on the P today I was reminded of a skateboard add I saw a few years ago.

Basically it was a pro skateboarder listing off all the injuries he had sustained over the years. The last line was..."You have to love it, because if you don't love it, you will fucking hate it."

I am reasonably certain you can understand why I thought of that add. I mean if it was just the cables, nothing to it, but its the sleeves and brackets and everything. Front brake and throttle are done. Clutch and shifters are next...uhgg.

Keep em shiny folks.

Angelo, my second motorcycle was a 1978 TY250 trials bike. 2 stroke, drum brakes, twin rear shock, and a carb that either ran great or ran not at all. There was not a moving part of that bike that I did not have my hands on at some point and that bike beat the living crap out of me. Broke my wrists, scarred my shins and threw me into the sides of hills and off the sides of mountains.

She was a domineering bitch and I loved her. Not sure what that says about me but ultimately, that P is gonna run like a top or I am going to throw it in front of a bus...hopefully with me not on it.
