We will meet at 1 pm at Champs (Windsor Grill) which is located on 87 Ave and 117 St. We are checking it out for the rally. Afterwards we will ride to the Newcastle Pub and and check it out for the rally as well.
Sound OK?

I'll be there, provided the planets line up right and everyone shows up for their shift on Sunday.

Good to see everyone today, looks like both places will work out fine for the rally....
....Broke a clutch cable on the way up McDougall hill. Good times.

Right by the handle bar I'll bet. Weak spot on all scooters as the cable is just a wee bit too small and that first sharp turn down into the steering column, too sharp.

So in the end the cable didn't break. The cable trunion at the engine clutch lever must have worked free and the rest is history. I ended up replacing the cable anyways and the extra practice I had riding home without stopping will come in handy at this years slow ride competitions!
