Does this scooter make me look fat?

Post by jbcollier »

I am pleased to announce that Daaren sold me his 90ss. Today Angelo and I went to Calgary to finalize the deal and bring it home.

It all started as a casual conversation at the Jaguar's Poker Run. Janet's heart only required one round of defibrillation when I "popped" the question. And here I am today broke, stunned but pretty happy:

Thanks Angleo for the photos and the moral support.

It was great being part of the adventure. A classic, rare, original scooter that once again has found itself a new owner that will enjoy it and preserve it. Very happy for you John....

Cheers

No, you don't look fat, the scoot looks great; it's Edmonton's vintage scooter population that is getting fatter. As I too, brought a scooter home today. YEAH!!!

I'll be "receiving" today between noon and 3:30. Anyone is welcome to stop by for a visit. I'll be doing some minor repairs and photographing the brakes for an OPI.

I hope to have it inspected ASAP and perhaps get a brief ride or two in before the snow flies.

Nice to see Graham, David and Igor.

Scoot's already for its OPI. I'm glad I gave it a look over as there were a few minor issues.

Man, I still can't believe it!
