Open house

Post by bjorn »

Hey Everyone,
Not sure if you know but we have a catering company and a small cafe for the the last 12 years. We have been planning opening a cosy little restaurant for the last year. We have faced many obstacles, we were supposed to be open 6 months ago but due to unforeseen shit, that never happened. I, we, ( my 2 up partner in life, business and scootin') are pleased to announce that we will be opening on March 15. We would like to invite all of you to an open house tomorrow night, March 2, to join us from 4:00 till 8:00. We will be serving sampling of our new menu along with some non alcoholic beverages for your enjoyment. Our address is 9567-118 Ave, we hope to see you then, or soon after.
Cheers,
Bjorn

Congratulations! I am looking forward to trying the restaurant out on a scoot when it warms up -- if it warms up!

Unfortunately I am teaching a course this evening and will not be able to attend your open house. All the best!

Great food Bjorn! Really enjoyed all of the samplings. Found the space cozy and comfortable, it was a pleasure to see you again. Best wishes for your success, see you again soon when you are open.

Hi Bjorn.

So here's a few restaurants and chefs to talk to about twitter (or social networking &/or Facebook) and their operation

Almost forgot our favourite Scooter club member! Sarah @ Luzzara!!

Amanda at D'Lish Urban Winebar
Nate Box at Elm Cafe
Trevor at Original Joe's University/Garneau
Andrew Cowan at 100
Charcut restaurant in Calgary (alley burgers)
Transcend coffee… just spreading out into other food areas

Just a few to call and get a little info from.

Cheers!

Ok, Ok I give. We are now on twitter. You can follow us at absolutelyedbls@twitter. I think that's how it works. Regardless I will be posting specials and other stuff I pull out of my...useless information bank that makes me good at Jeopardy! Did that fit into 140 characters? Hmmm...
