Hi Guys,
I've been kinda busy this summer, only got out on the Vespa a handful of times. Rode the Harley to and from work almost everyday but no real fun rides. Now, all my shut in time is hopefully to come to fruition. We've been renovation our original location to full fill a dream I've had for over 20 years, opening a BBQ Smokehouse. I'm pleased to say, it is now a reality. We would like to invite you all to our "soft opening" of Sloppy Hoggs Roed Hus!
We will be hosting an open house tomorrow,(Saturday) from 4-10 pm. Come one, come all...I'm smoking some pork butt and beef brisket as I write and just finished rubbing down some chicken and ribs to go in tomorrow. Hope to see you then.
Damn, I wish I was there. I have become a big fan of bbq living down here. Kansas is just a little too far but there are some pretty awesome local places and the odd smoke truck on the side of the road.
