It's all my fault. I actually -- stupid, stupid, stupid -- put away the snowblower and started up the lawnmower on the weekend.
What was I thinking!

Um, let's see: misery loves company. As wrong as John's actions were, we also erred: we mounted the summers on my son's car last week (one of the winters had a flat so we figured we might as well...). Bad idea. And now he is driving my car, leaving me to walk to an appointment.
