Temperatures skyrocket to 11

"Will we melt?" ask scared and frightened Edmontonians.

Anyone riding tomorrow?

Doctors Reassure Edmontonians!

"While we have never seen temperatures this high before, humans have experienced temperatures as high as 15 and survived".

Though they quickly added, "Not very long and they were horribly disfigured".

Too cold for a morning ride for me, and there's Mother's day (hint, hint). How about we meet at 1 at the west end Wild Earth?

I'll be sorry to miss it. I'm at a conference in Banff and it is snowing. Good thing I drove a car here instead of riding..

Edmonton declares state of emergency and pleads with residents to stay indoors until the heat wave passes.

"My body went soft and then my arm fell off!" says startled dog walker.

Banff? Enjoy, you should be safe there. I'll be at WE at 1. I'm testing a new set of googles.

I will probably be there as well. Monica might bring her new (used) Vespa LX.

Great to see Paul and Monica out and to make Ryan's acquaintance. Looking forward to the '14 riding season. Bring on the heat!
