grinding noise

My Lambretta is making a grinding noise at the rear hub. need to take it off to see what's up. Does anyone have a hub removal tool I can borrow?

If I'm not there, it's because I couldn't get out of my alley.
New gas line is going in, there is limited access (impossible for cars) and the work changes daily.
