Stolen Moulton Bicycle
Hi Everyone,
Unfortunately I left my shed open while working in the garden and
someone helped themselves to my Moulton AM2. It looks roughly like this:
http://www.cyclestyle.net/cyclemode2006 ... mg_am2.gif
The serial number is located on the bottom of BB shell and it is 413002
It is a dark grey colour with drop bars and an unusually short stem.
Only one brake is fitted to the front and it's a Shimano dual pivot.
Black cork tape, Suntour Superbe Pro track crankset (sob!) with Crank
Bros pedals. The rear hub is a rare Sachs duomatic internal two speed
hub with a back pedal brake. It is fitted with black plastic fenders.
It may have a short rack on the back but I can't remember for sure.
I believe I have the only AM2 in town. Certainly the only one getting
regular use. As a matter of fact, I think I am the only one regularly
riding any Moulton. If you see it, please call me ANYTIME on my cell
668-1270.
I bought it from the original owner (Toronto) and I have all the
original paperwork, etc so it would be great to get it back.
Thanks for your help,
John

I'm going to suggest that we all stop by any pawn shops if you are driving by, just incase it ended up being a quick fix for someone?? I'll hit the shops on 118ave on Monday...
John, have you checked the alleys in your area? Just in case it was dumped?
John keep an eye on Ebay over the next several weeks, jusy in case someone actually knew what they stole and are stupid enough to try and sell it on line....
