Motorcycle Show

Post by LibertineAudrey »

The Edmonton Motorcycle show is next weekend. If anyone is interested in going, we can make it an event. Friday is my personal preferred day, as "ladies" (and hopefully myself) get in half price after 5pm. However, if there is a better day that people would prefer, that can easily change.

It runs Friday to Sunday (the 16th to 18th). Please post below if you are interested in going and what day/days you are available to go. An official date will be decided on Wednesday.

Cheers,
Modrey

What time does it end on Friday? I might be able to make it out if we go after 5:00 on Friday. Like around 6:00 or 7:00.

I don't know what the Friesen clan plans are for the show yet. Hannah has said she wants to go but she can only get away on Sunday. Hailey is a no show and Charlene hasn't decided yet. More to follow.

Noticed that Top Gear wasn't on the exhibitor's list or did I miss something?

It runs noon to 9 on Friday, 10 - 9 on Saturday and 10 to 5 on Sunday.

I am really looking forward to this one, as there are tons of new exhibitors, with the new Hall E open at Northlands, the show is much bigger than ever. Yes interesting to see that Top Gear is not there.

Seems like interest is somewhat limited, but it looks like we have at least two, three including myself, that can make it for Saturday.

That said, I plan on attending Saturday afternoon, probably around 2:00pm. Everyone is welcome to join in, please PM me for my cell number if you think you'll be running late, or will already be inside and would like to meet up. I'll hang around the entrance a bit before heading in for anyone that wants to do the group-thang.

Hope to see everyone out, wear some club colours!

Cheers

As I work at Northlands, I get to see the show for free :P, actually I have been watching them set it up out my window all day!

I also put my name into a staff draw for a pair of free tickets so I could (hopefully) win and pass them along to a lucky member of the club.

Well I DID win, so here is the deal, the first person that says they want them and can pick them up can have them.

You can pick them up today or Friday up until 4:30 pm. Or from my house this evening or Friday evening.

I live in the Inglewood area (sort of between Westmount and Kingsway).

Cheers,

Jeff

If you want them, you can pick them up on Saturday from my place before you head to Northlands. :)

This may be a bit late but I picked up my tickets with Sonic Glee Club points. If anybody listens to Sonic you will know what I am talking about. 30000 pts for a pair.
