Sunday Halloween Ring Road Run

Hard to imagine right now but the weather actually looks pretty good for next Sunday. I propose a Run around the city on the Anthony Henday. No slow scoots please, however, as long as you can do 80 kph, you should be fine.

Not too early a start lest we freeze to death but how does 11 AM at the downtown Italian Centre sound. Up from there along 118th to the Yellowhead. Then follow the AH all the way into St Albert and then stop at the Italian cafe next to the farmer's market for HOT drinks.

Im going as the pessimist that doesn't believe there's any way its going to be decent enough to ride the Henday on Sunday... No wait, that's what I am now XD. I won't be in costume, but I will have one epically unplucked eyebrow. Stay tuned kids.

Been talking to a guy who's moved from the UK, really into Lambrettas, wants to meet the club. He lives in St Albert so I thought I would see if we could meet up on this ride with him. Does anyone have a name/addy for the coffee place and an approximate time we'd rock up there ?

11 am Italian Centre 10878-95 Street

Leave 11:30 - 11:45

- ride along 118 Ave out to the Yellowhead

- Join the Anthony Henday and follow it all the way around and onto HWY 216

- HWY 216 to 137 Ave

- 137 Ave to 184 St which turns into Sir Winston Churchill Ave.

- Follow Sir Winston Churchill Ave all the way into St Albert

- turn onto St Anne St. and round to the cafe

I think the cafe's name is:

Stella Blu Cafe

Probably be there about 1 pm if not a little before.

Not sure if I will be able to make the ride. Though I'm sure the ride will be epic, I would hate to miss Audrey's new look.
