Not so perfect circle

Post by pk50 »

So when i pulled the cylinder off i discovered that the lower ring was in 4 pieces but all still their ! To order a new piston +rings do i measure the cylinder or the piston . Seems to be lots of size options. The cylinder looks to be in good shape, Maybe alight honing .

Maybe order a +1 piston and get it honed properly? That's what I did to my Red Lambretta 12 years ago, and all is fine..
