2014 Vespa Primavera

Post by bstanish »

...today Motoblog reported an interesting bit of Vespa news.

That would be the 2014 Vespa Primavera pictured above. It will be available in 2- and 4-stroke 50cc versions, along with Piaggio’s corporate 4-stroke, 3-valve 125/150 (expect the 150 in North America).

It does look like the unholy child of an LX 150 and the 946!

That said, I'd buy one.

Why, JohnnyRedbike, "sharm" is like pasta or angst or savoir faire: a foreign concept lacking in the language that uses it, and unpronounceable to almost everyone one who cannot speak the language it comes from. Like English, German originally lacked and had to borrow a lot of words like this from French: charm, grace, mercy, sociability, public, politics, humour, suave... You get the idea...

As for the Krazy Kat stitching on that seat: looks like Chinese manufacturing is losing its famous focus on quality and consistency -- !
