Hi
A friend of mine is stationed in Naples IT and he sent me this question yesterday.
"if I get an old Vespa and it doesn't have signal lights, can I register it in Canada? It's a 1960's model. Thanks amigo!"

Signals were required somewhere between the 1972 and 1974 model years.
