I posted this on Facebook and Twitter:

Next Meet & Ride Sunday July 17th! The weather looks good too with 24C!

We will meet at 10:00AM for the early risers at the Italian Centre downtown (10878 - 95 St) with a ride to follow (10:30AM-ish).
Late risers meet at 12:00 noon at Iconoclast Koffiehaus
(11807 - 105 Ave) with a ride to follow.
Come to one or to both!

ALSO this Saturday we will meet at 2PM and ride out to the After Dark Motorcycle's Customer Appreciation Party featuring the Mad Bombers Society, Axe Throwing, Food Trucks, Beer and more! See the Events Page for more details.

Tried to make it down today at 10AM, but was left at the bottom of Groat Road with a blocked pilot on the XS1. See you all at the next one.

Nope. My Dad was running errands up towards Westmount, so we tried to resolve the problem with the few tools I had under the seat (none of which were the right size or shape to drop the carb bowls). When we couldn't do that, we put it into the back of his truck and took it home. Lots of fine sediment coming out of the tank, and not being stopped by the filters, so we'll drain the tank and replace the filters.

The joys of owning 45 year old motorcycles!
