Who is interested in helping plan a 2017 Rally?
A few people from our club and a few people from the Misfyt's scooter club are interested in coordinating a scooter rally this year. From our club so far myself, Monica, Shannon, and Ryan B are interested in helping out. The Misfyt's scooter club would like to co-host the rally and they have at least 2-3 people from their club so far that will help out with the coordination and planning.
We have a done a little pre-planning already but wanted to check in with our respective clubs to get some input and ask for some help along the way. If anyone wants to help with the coordination let me know and I can include you in our meetings/chats (both online and in-person).
We will also be checking in with our respective clubs asking for help/assistance/suggestions from time to time.
What we could use right now:
1. Our first order of business is to pick a date. It would most likely be Friday Night, all day Saturday, and Sunday morning rally. Most likely ending with a bbq or lunch Sunday around noon. Any thoughts on the dates or alternative suggestions?

2. Any thoughts on what we could theme the rally?
Below are a list of possible dates that don't have conflicts with other major rally's/holidays/events/etc. I listed events going on that we could tie into the rally in some way.
June 9-11 * Pride Parade June 9th on Whyte
June 23-25 * Slide the City (also June 21 is longest day of year = great riding light until late)
June 30 - July 2 * The Works festival, Sand on Whyte
July 14-16 * Street Performers
July 21-23 * K-Days, Sourdough Raft Race, pancake breakfasts
July 28-30 * end of K-Days
August 11-13
August 18-20 *Fringe
August 25-27 *Fringe
September 1-3 *long weekend
September 8-10
September 15-17
September 22-24 * Toy Run this weekend
September 29-October 1
October 6-8
October 13-15
