Anybody need a P

Post by coyoteran »

Hi all

I was putting the plates on the ET yesterday for the first time this year and a dude at the insurance broker asked if I was looking for another Vespa. As it turns out, I helped a friend get the bits and pieces to rebuild the bike in question and I am reasonably confident in his mechanical skills. The bike is a barn find late 70s P Series that has had the engine rebuilt, cables and rubber replaced (will verify) and the gas tank cleaned out. It really did run last year. A bit of patina on the grey paint and not a lot of hangar rash from what I remember.

The guy is asking 3k but he might be flexible and the bike is in Moose Jaw. I can get pics and details if anybody is interested.
