Ducati goes flying

Post by jbcollier »

A big thanks to Oliver who stopped by and helped put the Duck to bed. Its bed is about 5 feet off the ground. I have a couple of scaffolding units set up in the garage and the Duck is on one of them. We used an electric winch and a bit of manpower to get in it place.

I have to work a bit on getting slings set up so I can do it myself.

Glad to hear she's stored safety away for the winter, I can only imagine the nervous moments that passed as it was rasied to it's pedestal.

I brought home another batch of painted parts! This has been a loooong process! I'm still waiting for another 6 parts, the big ones! and If anyone is counting that's approx 25 parts that need painting for a Lambretta!

I'm very close to mounting the engine into the frame...yippee!

Cheers
