Hi, my husband just got me a 1964 Vespa, which I love, or I would if I could get it started. He bought it on ebay (after a few beers) from Thailand. Trouble is it didn't come with an owner's manual. I'm wondering if anyone out there knows a Vespa mechanic who can get me and my machine ready to roll for spring.
Thanks, Modbroad

Do you have any idea what needs to be done to the bike?
Mechanics vary on what you need to get done.
In theory there is only one Vespa shop in town, Top Gear, but they seem to specialize in the newer bikes as they sell new scoots.
If you need electrical done then there are other shops that can help ya out even though they don't specialize in vintage vespas.
If you need body work done or a motor rebuild, then thats another ball game.
