Pheonix

Well, after all the stories of people travelling to a rally and then renting, I decided to rent a Vespa for some sightseeing while in Pheonix. They don't rent! Motorcycles were available at 200.00/day (high insurance), but no Vespas. Thought I'd let you all know in time for your American adventures. Check ahead.

This morning I was determined to dust off the Lambretta and get her ready for this years riding season. I had a number of mod's and repairs to complete, changed the air filter, new plug, new bench seat......rolled it out to the street and low and behold the old girl started on the First kick! Boy that puts a huge smile on my face....rode it around for about 30 minutes and brought her home. I still have to go through her from mudguard to tail pipe and check all the bolts, then I'll move on to the Vespa.......Damn this winter has been too long. LET THE RIDING BEGIN!

Ciao
